Playgroup Manager
I have been an Early Years Practitioner at Blackhall Playgroup for 8 years. Prior to becoming a qualified Early Years Practitioner, I was a Staff Nurse for many years.
With 2 teenage boys of my own, I have become particularly fascinated in how young children learn through play and I really enjoy working with families to support their child’s Playgroup journey.
One of my passions is preparing healthy food and I am always keen to encourage the children to try new foods at snack time!

Hello, my name is Elaine. I have rejoined the Blackhall Playgroup team, having previously worked here from 2012 to 2017. I qualified as an early years practitioner in 2015.
Being a mum myself to teenage twins, I find it interesting how young children develop over time, and how important the early years are in terms of growth, learning and development.
I am delighted to be back at playgroup, and really enjoy supporting the children in their every day activities.

Hello, my name is Katalin and I'm so happy to be back at Blackhall Playgroup. I'm a qualified Early Years Practitioner. I've worked with young children for many years and love watching them grow, explore and discover new things.
